• I understand that submitting an application does not guarantee a booth space and that my participation is subject to approval.
• I understand Christkindl Market makes no sales guarantees.
• I understand that no refunds will be given for vendor fees once paid.
• I understand that Christkindl Market does not carry insurance to cover my personal property and that I store supplies and equipment at my own risk.
• I understand that this is a family-friendly event, and all products, displays, and behavior must reflect that.
• I understand that I cannot sell or display products that might compete with Young Living's products. If I am asked to remove a product and I do not, I understand my booth will be shut down.
• I certify that all required permits, licenses, or insurance are valid and current.
• I have read the Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them. Breaking or refusing to follow any guideline will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of fees paid.

I, the undersigned, hereby release and agree to hold harmless Mt Nebo Botanical Farm and the Christkindl Market organizers from any damage to my property or any personal injury, which my helpers or I may sustain while participating in the 2025 Christkindl Market event. Further, I agree to abide by the guidelines to participate, as listed in the Vendor Guidelines and all policies and guidelines for the Mt Nebo Botanical Farm. I acknowledge that failure to comply with these terms and regulations may result in removal from the event without a refund, as well as not being able to participate in future events.
